Venus Beauty Catalog is an online store operated from Austin, Texas. We sell at-home beauty tech products for cosmetic use only.
Our products are not medicines, medical devices, or treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary. Stop use and speak with a licensed professional if you have a skin, medical, or safety concern.
Product photos, titles, and descriptions are provided for shopping purposes. Colors, fit, and accessories may vary slightly from supplier packaging. We source products from third-party retailers and suppliers. Items may ship from the supplier, not from a Venus Beauty Catalog warehouse. Delivery dates shown on each product page are estimates based on supplier timing and may change.
By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. All sales are subject to product availability, accurate shipping information, and applicable U.S. law.
Venus Beauty Catalog is not liable for misuse of products, supplier delays outside our control, or results that differ from person to person. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Refund policy
Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used beauty devices, and items damaged by misuse, are not returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping policy
Delivery dates on each product page are live estimates from the supplier’s processing and transit times. Most items ship from the supplier and are not stocked in our warehouse. Customs, holidays, and incorrect addresses can add time. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to process orders, customer service, and store operations, such as name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation through Shopify. We do not sell personal information. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers, not stored by Venus Beauty Catalog.
